Who are we focusing our energies on?

I think after our discussion at our first meeting we all had a strong feeling we should focus on inviting those that are not connected to a faith family. Whether that means those that have never attended a church, or those that were once involved and less active now. We all agreed we need to find ways to make those that come comfortable with our church and encourage them to return. On that note I have been looking into things that keep people from attending church, and found this article:

It's an easy read and had some things we could easily address to make those that come more likely to want to return.
